  • How do I place an order?
    • Orders can be placed in two ways:

    • Register with Youtopia beauty to enjoy personalized services including order status, purchase history address book and easy checkout.

    • Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will Youtopia Beauty share it with a third party.

  • How do I create an account?
    • Follow these 3 simple steps to create an account:

      1. Click on Login
      2. Select “Register”
      3. Fill in particulars and click “Submit”
  • When and how can I cancel an order?
    • An order can be cancelled anytime before the shipment notification is sent to the customer during our transport and handling phase. As long as we have not shipped the product(s) to you, cancellation will be honored.

  • What forms of payment are accepted for my purchase at youtopia beauty?
      • Cash on Delivery: Your order can be paid with cash upon delivery.
      • Paga
      • Payments via bank deposits/transfer
      • Debit card: Interswitch, Visa and Mastercard
  • How do I return or exchange my order?
    • Our priority is the satisfaction and safety of our customers. Hence, beauty products such as hair care, skin care, cosmetics products are not eligible for exchange or return. However, unused tools and accessories can be returned within 7 days. Please view our Returns & Exchange policy for detailed information.

  • How do I report a defective, damaged or wrong product/shipment?
    • Contact our Customer care department on 08038303623 or email customercare@youtopiabeauty.com to report the defective, damaged, or wrong item upon receipt of merchandise. Buyer is eligible for a full refund of the merchandise if we confirm that a damaged or wrong item was shipped. Please note all defective item(s) are subject to inspection. If defective, please describe the defect and if you would like a replacement, please indicate exchange on the notes section. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund.

  • When will I receive a refund to my account?
    • Allow 7-10 working days for your refund to post to your account. We will issue a refund back to the same payment method used on the original order.

  • Do you gift-wrap?
    • Gift-wrapping is available for an additional 1000 Naira per item. At order checkout, select “Make it a gift” to gift wrap an item individually or “Gift wrap all items” to gift-wrap all items. Our gift packaging options include: gift-wrap paper with satin ribbon or our Youtopia beauty branded box with satin ribbon. Please note that gift boxes may not be available some items due to size in which case your gift will be hand wrapped.
